Returns & Refund Policy

At Mirella Maison, we take pride in the quality of our luxury body oils. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To maintain our strict hygiene and safety standards, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

• Unopened & Unused: The product must be in its original, sealed packaging. Due to the nature of our body oils, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tested.

• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in the original Mirella Maison box and protective materials.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at mirellamaison@gmail.com with:

1. Your Order Number.

2. Clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.

• Gift cards.

• Items returned after the 30-day window.

5. How to Start a Return

• If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

• Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• Approved Returns: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive a Mirella Maison store credit for the full value of your purchase.
