2. The Maison Experience (Shipping & Logistics)

Mirella Maison operates a luxury hybrid model. While we fulfill many orders from our primary studio, select items are shipped directly from our Global Artisan Partners to ensure the highest quality sourcing.

• Delivery: Shipping windows are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

• Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate, curated packages.

3. Product Use & Safety

Our oils and accessories are intended for cosmetic, external use only.

• Sensitivity: Always perform a patch test before full use. Mirella Maison is not responsible for individual skin reactions.

• Disclaimer: Our products are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose or cure skin conditions.

4. Returns & Elegance Standards

To maintain the integrity of our skincare line, we strictly enforce the following:

• Returns: Only unopened and sealed products are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.

• Exclusions: Used or opened bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

• Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is confirmed defective by our team.
