Every order is handled with care.
• In-Stock Items: Orders placed for items in our immediate collection are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Artisan Partners: For specialty items shipped directly from our global partners, please allow 3–5 business days for preparation and quality inspection before dispatch.
2. Shipping Estimates & Methods
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $50.
• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days.
• International: 7–14 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for a flat rate of $10 (typically 2–3 business days after processing).
3. The Hybrid Experience
To bring you a diverse collection of luxury goods, your items may originate from different locations.
• Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items (e.g., a body oil and a signature accessory), they may arrive in separate, beautifully packaged shipments.
• Tracking: You will receive a unique tracking number for each package as soon as it departs, allowing you to follow its journey to your door.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For our international clientele, please note that Mirella Maison is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Refined Delivery Support
If your package is delayed or arrives in a condition that does not meet our standards, our concierge team is here to assist.
• Lost or Delayed: Please contact us at mirellamaison@gmail.com if your order has not arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery window.
• Damaged Items: Please report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can expedite a replacement for you.
